Theatre Minor (16-17 hrs.)

The minor in theatre prepares students to participate in theatre on amateur levels, with particular experiences and coursework on acting and directing. Coursework will introduce students to additional aspects of the theatre experience.


Outcomes

Participate in theatre.

Select sociohistorical and cultural options for a given audience, purpose, script, and production.

Draw connections between this minor and a student's major and lifetime development.
