Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Human Resource Management (120 hrs.)

The human resource management major equips students with the knowledge and skills essential for a successful career in HR. Combining a solid understanding of business principles with specialized HR competencies, this program prepares students to collaborate across departments and manage key HR functions effectively. Graduates will be ready to support organizational goals ensuring both business success and employee well-being.

The goal is to equip students with the quality educational tools needed to develop a career of leadership in the human resource management profession, provide them with a depth of studies that prepares them to meet the contemporary needs of the business and community they will serve as professionals, and to enable them to be contributing citizens of local, regional and international communities with a valuable and diverse knowledge.
