CM 3043 Construction Mgmt Capstone

The Construction Management Capstone course is the culminating experience for students in the construction management program. This course integrates knowledge and skills gained throughout the program to develop, manage, and present a comprehensive construction project. Students work in teams to simulate real-world construction projects, including creating detailed project plans, schedules, cost estimates, safety plans, and quality control measures. The course emphasizes problem-solving, teamwork, and professional communication, preparing students for industry roles. Prerequisite: Last semester in the construction management program.
