CM 3023 Structural Analysis for CM
This course focuses on the practical application of structural analysis for construction purposes. Students learn to evaluate load-bearing capacities, analyze the stability of temporary structures like formwork and scaffolding, and make on-site adjustments for unforeseen conditions. Topics include basic structural principles, load paths, and structural behavior under construction-phase loads. Hands-on problem-solving and case studies help students develop skills for real-world scenarios. Prerequisite: ETD 333
