CM 1013 Constr Communication & Ethics

This course equips students with the skills to effectively communicate in the construction industry. It emphasizes the preparation of professional documents such as technical reports, proposals, project summaries, and correspondence. Students also develop oral presentation skills to convey construction-related information to diverse audiences. The course includes modules on ethical decision-making, teaching students to evaluate construction scenarios using professional ethics and standards. Prerequisites: ENG 133, SP 203 or COM 163.
