MK 363 Commerce and Consumer Behavior
Studies in this course include consumer and organizational buying behavior, as well as determinants of this behavior. Consumer characteristics, including attitudes and behaviors, processing of information, as well as consumer cultural, psychological and communication theories are also studied. Course also examines organizational efforts to use consumer behavior in the marketspace and marketplace to promote products and services.
