MGT 363 Organizational Behavior
This course examines the manager's role in dealing with behavior at all organizational levels. It emphasizes the need for interpersonal and group skills. Applications of behavioral science concepts and findings to organizational situations are included. Topics include motivation, communications, leadership, conflict, and change. Prerequisite:
