MGT 413 Management Of Quality

This course examines principles of quality management and continuous improvement in manufacturing and services enterprises. The focus is on using key quality tools, including statistical process control, pareto charts, flow charts, cause-effect diagrams, etc. Prerequisites: MGT 353 and MA 253 or MA 393.
