CRJ 423 Criminal Justice Agency Administration
Students in this course will assess the skills needed to manage and lead individuals and groups within criminal justice organizations. By studying management philosophies, leadership theories, organizational culture, and organizational behavior, and human resources, students in this course will learn how to be leaders in the criminal justice field. Additionally, students will explore the history and evolution of organizational management within the criminal justice field. Prerequisite: Junior standing or permission of instructor
