MK 363 Buyer Behavior
Studies in this course include consumer and organizational buying behavior, as well as determinants of this behavior. Consumer characteristics, including attitudes and behaviors, processing of information, as well as consumer cultural, psychological and communication theories are also studied. Course also examines industrial perspectives; the unique aspects of organizational markets and how they differ from individual consumer behavior. (Same as
