MGT 403 Principles of Hospitality Management
This course will expose students to the many facets of the hospitality and tourism industry. Topics to be included will be the policies, procedures, marketing, promoting, pricing, and planning of the wide range of operations. This class will incorporate both classroom and field experiences so that the student understands what is required to be successful in this very diverse industry. Prerequisite:
BA 123,
MK 203, and
ENG 143 or
