Concepts include using digital and social media in a business/industry setting. Concepts include setting up and using wikis, blogs, Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Ning, Flickr, and other online modalities as a way to increase business, marketing, research, and customer service opportunities.
