HOS 423 Sanitation & Health in the Food Service , Lodging & Tourism Industry

This class will discuss food safety and other health related issues common to the Hospitality Industry, and other institutional programs like hospitals, schools, restaurants, cruise ships, airlines, and other form of travel. Students must pass a National Sanitation Certification examination upon completion of the course. Prerequisite: Hospitality and Tourism Management Majors Only
