ETD 163 Environmental Health & Safety

This introductory level course investigates safety philosophy and the principles of safety. The student will study occupational safety and industrial hazard control with a focus on the basic principles of accident prevention. The analysis of safety performance, cost and identification of accident potential is also studies. Emphasis is placed on concepts and techniques proven useful in reducing accidents and injuries. (Same as HR 323)
