SLP 6415 Capstone
Students will synthesize information from a case study of a previous client and provide an evidence-based evaluation, diagnosis, objectives, intervention plan, interprofessional collaboration and professional resources. A scholarly paper will be written regarding the client. Students will present their client for discussion as a grand round with a team of peers. Students will defend their plan of care to the class through an oral presentation. HIPAA and client confidentiality will be maintained. Students will create a professional leadership plan through self-reflection and critical assessment of their professional SLP leadership abilities.
