SLP 5222 Voice and Resonance

In this course etiologies and characteristics, as well as, evaluation, diagnosis, intervention, and management approaches are discussed. Students will develop skills to assess, make differential diagnoses, and determine management course for congenital, acquired, and non-organic disorders of phonation.  Emphasis also on role of speech language pathologist, integration of normative data, and use of research in clinical practice.
