CHE 413 Manufacturing Data Analysis

This course is designed to prepare students for careers in manufacturing with an emphasis on statistically analyzing and summarizing large data sets. Other topics include strategies for troubleshooting processes, identifying preventative and corrective actions, and data-based decisions for continuous improvement. In preparation for entering the workforce, the course also includes improving personal development skills required to initiate and advance within their chosen careers. Prerequisites: CS 1113 or MAE 112 or BME 2011 and CHE 253.

Prerequisite

A programming course (CS 1113 or MAE 112 or BME 2011 or equivalent) and a course using programming for engineering calculations (CHE 253 or equivalent)
